Job Title: General Laborer Warehouse/Production
Location: Fossil Creek, Tx, Usa, 76106
Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM to Finish (Shift 1)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking dependable and safety-conscious General Laborers to support warehouse and production operations. This role involves physical handling of products, equipment, and materials in a challenging environment. Candidates must strictly follow safety protocols, including PPE requirements, and demonstrate diligence and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area in compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Operate industrial equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Restock and replenish materials as required.
• Perform general maintenance tasks.
• Fill in for other warehouse or production positions as needed.
• Support cooler service and production line duties.
• Regularly bend, kneel, climb, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Follow all regulatory, safety, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0 1 year of general labor, warehouse, or production experience.
• Experience operating manual or powered pallet jacks is a plus.
• Forklift certification is an advantage.
• Demonstrated diligence and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to work schedule.

Workplace Safety Guidelines:

Temperature Monitoring & PPE Requirements:

• All personnel must undergo temperature checks prior to facility entry.
• Face coverings are always mandatory within the facility.

Dress Code:

• Non-logo t-shirt (red, black, or grey).
• Non-logo baseball cap (optional).
• Steel-toe boots that meet all the specifications are required.

Footwear Specifications (Mandatory):

• ANSI Z41-compliant or equivalent protective footwear.
• Puncture Resistant (Kevlar Bottom).
• Class 75 Protective Toe (Steel or Composite).
• Slip-resistant soles that meet Mark II LS-oily/wet test at 0.35 or higher.
• Minimum height: six inches (no low-cut shoes permitted).
• Note: Temporary laborers are not eligible for internal footwear ordering programs.
