Operations Administrator 
This role will report directly to me.
Key responsibilities will involve taking ownership of various office management and sales administration tasks to support our corporate team. Please note that this on-site position requires the individual to work from our Chicago office five days a week.

Start: ASAP but not an emergency

One-hour Onsite Work Sample Interview with Brittany and Yushiro

Someone who is a strong problem solver, extremely organized with multiple tasks and priorities, and who has done this role in a start-up and understands the chaos of our environment would be ideal. You know what this office and team are like!

This role will report to me on the corporate team. I’ve attached the job description here, as well as the general compensation range, we are looking to stay within for both annual and hourly pay.

Essentially, we need someone who can take some of the administrative burden off of me in the office and serve as a point of contact for Sales Administration (sending CADDi W9s, getting Yushiro’s signature when needed, etc.).
