Job Description

**Overview:** We are hiring a Health & Safety Coordinator to support a large-scale solar construction project. This role will work closely with the site's Health & Safety Manager to ensure compliance with OSHA standards, promote a proactive safety culture, and assist in daily safety operations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support the implementation and enforcement of site-specific safety protocols. + Conduct daily safety inspections and assist with hazard identification and mitigation. + Lead or assist with toolbox talks, safety orientations, and ongoing training. + Maintain accurate safety documentation and incident logs. + Assist in incident investigations and corrective action tracking. + Communicate with site leadership and subcontractors to ensure alignment on safety expectations. **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum 2 years of experience in a safety-related role (coordinator, trainer, etc.). + OSHA 30 required + EMT certification highly desirable. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed. **Preferred Traits:** + Familiarity with low and medium voltage systems. + Experience in solar or renewable energy construction. + Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
